Founder & Principal Physiotherapist

Tom has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, persistent pain management, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

He enjoys the problem-solving side of physiotherapy, combining thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and progressive exercise to help people overcome injuries, improve their physical capacity and achieve their goals.

With a practical, evidence-informed approach, Tom is committed to delivering high-quality physiotherapy that supports both recovery and long-term physical health.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhys)
Western Sydney University

Practice Manager

 Bella plays an important role in the day-to-day running of Forge Ahead Physiotherapy, overseeing practice operations, administration and patient support.

With a background in social work and psychology studies, Bella has a genuine passion for people and values building meaningful connections. She takes pride in supporting the team and creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who visits the clinic.

Outside of work, you'll often find Bella at a local park or playgroup with her young family.

Receptionist

Debbie is one of the friendly faces you'll meet at Forge Ahead Physiotherapy. She assists patients with appointments, enquiries and the day-to-day administration of the clinic, helping make each visit as straightforward and welcoming as possible.

With a friendly and approachable manner, Debbie enjoys getting to know our patients and making sure they feel comfortable and well looked after.

Outside of work, you'll often find Debbie tending to her veggie garden or enjoying time with her family.
