Dry needling involves the use of fine, sterile needles to target specific muscles and areas of discomfort. It may help reduce pain and muscle sensitivity and improve movement in certain musculoskeletal conditions.
Where appropriate, we incorporate dry needling alongside hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and other physiotherapy strategies to support your recovery.

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to target painful or injured tissues. It may be beneficial for certain persistent tendon conditions, including plantar heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy and other tendon-related concerns.
Following a thorough assessment, we determine whether shockwave therapy is appropriate and incorporate it into a broader rehabilitation plan where indicated.
